Our health systems are under increasing pressure. The prevalence of chronic conditions is significantly higher in people with a low SES. This audience is widely accepted as being the hardest to reach with current health messaging methods failing to effect change. Without giving this group the critical health knowledge & skills of how to build a healthier lifestyle, it is impossible for to create one. This leads to a worsening cycle of increasingly poor health and increasing burden on health services.

Our mission is to connect vulnerable populations with proactive health behaviours
We are building a platform for change. We help clinicians & commissioners engage hard-to-reach communities in pro-active health behaviours beyond the clinical environment. By utilizing contemporary platforms, we craft and deliver engaging & relevant health messaging for the local population. We make information, fun, appealing and give users a reason to return to the message. We help deliver wider impact on improvement in health large scale by planting the seeds for change in the pockets of citizens.
